My name is Max, I’m 22 years old and currently a junior at the University of Kansas, majoring in communications. As of right now I have very little ideas about what specifically I’m going to do when I graduate (and wish people would stop asking).
This blog serves a platform for me to record my thoughts and opinions on a wide variety of topics from politics, news, religion, course work, books, and everything in between.
I like comics, pizza, reading and writing, travelling, sailing, and Starbucks.
I also occasionally write articles for the political website Independent Voter Network. There I have written on a host of topics from Obamacare, same-sex marriage, and economic inequality––all under the nom de plume, “Mac Vanandel.” My publications on that site can be viewed here.
